Not a fan at all, not even mildly interested.

Considering how little sleep I had last night trying to get stuff from Madman's sale, I'd say I'm a pretty big fan.

So what you watching lately? Black Lagoon is really good, Witch Blade is pretty good too out of recent stuff.

I watch occasionally and enjoy a fair bit of it.
The Studio Ghibli stuff is all amazing with Nausicaa being my favorite. As for series FLCL is just brilliant and from what Last exile I’ve seen I’ve enjoyed it.

Sorry dude you missed the sale, it was last night, all discs $10 each. Was fricking impossible to use the website though, and by the time I confirmed the order the prices were back to normal  hopefully that will get fixed up or I'll have to cancel the order (I ordered a bit  )

As for WitchBlade or MilfBlade as fans call it

ah, so Top Cow have lost the plot. i guess they need the money since their comics have been going down hill, in my opinion. the pic just does not sit well with a hard core old school witchblade fan like myself.

it would be nice if they did that for Aphrodite IX, but they should have just left witchblade alone after that B grade tv series.

Well it's based on the Top Cow WitchBlade but almost everything is different, totally different setting, totally different wearer, she has a kid and amnesia, and there are lots of other differences, the story is kinda interesting which is more than I can say for the comic  you may notice that there is 2 versions of the costume too on the Japanese vs the English site. The one with the black pants part to the costume is the TV safe version, the DVD verison is closer to the original comic and has a lot more skin showing.

GreenMonkey Evangelion is so last century, 1995 to be exact, there have been been hundreds of anime since then (just this year there was about 50 new shows released during the April season), admittedly with that many a lot of them are pretty crap

I'm a big fan of anime. Neon Genesis was the first series to really impress me but the final episode and the movies were a big let down.

Foxtel has been showing a lot of anime series in the last couple of years. Full Metal Alchemist is my favorite of the more recent ones. I also like Inu Yasha, Initial D and Naruto.

Those are all good but very long shows, which makes em a bit hard to collect. I recently saw the Full Metal Alchemist movie which makes me want to see the whole series, but it's 16 DVDs I think  I keep getting recomended it by my mate from Madman too.

Latest show that I watched was The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya which was a really out there show with a lot of tributes to other shows and games, the Phoenix Wright tribute was brilliant. Oddest thing about the show though was that the airing order is not the chronological order. So you get this disjointed version of the story by watching it in order. At the end of every ep in the preview the 2 main characters argue about which ep is next, seems Haruhi is right. Also the show has Bunny Girls :P

show also has this awesome dancing opening which someone with a lot of time recreated with Gundams

Now back to waiting for more eps of Black Lagoon, that show is awesome.
