I think I'm a few levels higher if centipedes almost killed you, but I have heard a story from one of my friends that they almost got killed by a giant horsefly

Nick haha...you know I didn't understand your post when I first read it - I thought you meant real life, not D&D - so I was imagining these centipedes invading your house or something, and that you were just saying you were 'almost killed' as an expression/exaggeration haha....and then I read loup garouis' post and suddenly it dawned on me what you meant!
Aidan, yeah that's fair enough - critique is always good. This time I'm gonna claim that I'm not entirely responsible for the design though hehe, coz it was Jody's concept, so he can take the blame for once!

To be serious though, I think the idea of the leg positioning is to give a slighty awkward, inhuman, disjointed sort of look to the figure - he's undead after all, so I would imagine his movements to be a bit jerky and disjointed, due to a 'reanimated' body - know what I mean? But then, it is probably my fault as the sculptor if this concept isn't entirely working for you. It's hard to completely pull off these unusual sorts of poses, as they are a ot more complicated than a standard, boring old pose!
