I will be there, as it seems I've got a clean run through to the end of the month, with each weekend something on, but nothing clashing with anything else. Painting day FTW! :)

OK, I've calmed down now. :)

@ Splinter, pack your stuff up in secret. Tell her you want some quality time and have planned an outing for both of you nd bring her along.

I must admit the venture into Goodgames that day brought home how much I loved the painting days at the old store.

So I found this post in time AND have a leave pass for the day! So if there is a spare seat at the table I'd love to claim it!

'Twas definitely a fun day. Hopefully Maria is utterly absorbed in painting her GD entry as we speak... :)

Great to be back at RoL!

Thanks for a great day guys. We're glad to be back & have the Ozpainters back.

Andrew: You'll be pleased to know that I spent all evening painting my GD entry. I am re-enthused. Hopefully I can keep the enthusiasm going right the way through till the August painting day...

Peter: your entry is looking great, if you keep up the rate you'll probably be finished by next month!

Looking forward to seeing you all next month.
Maria

The GD entries I saw on the day are looking pretty good - and that duel entry definately looks better in person than in photographs. I reckon you're in with a great chance!

Great to hear you all had a good painting session. Its much harder to get the NSW guys together, without a good central Sydney based venue.

Great to hear you are all having fun motivating each other for GD. :D

To be honest, it really helps when one of us has a store! :) :) :)

Glad to hear it, Maria. I look forward to seeing progress at the next one. Hopefully, I will not be painting horses... :)

It may be Zulus instead... farsounds of 'em! :)

I'll bring my CD of "men of Harlech" and a fake Mutton Chop moustache...

The next VIC painting day is scheduled for Sunday 19th of August, which is Sunday week (9 days away). I hope everyone has the date in their calendar.

I know I have HEAPS of stuff to work on. I have been madly painting almost every night and I still can't see the light at the end of the tunnel... But I'm working toward having at least 1 piece completely finished before the painting day, it's always good to have a deadline.

Tony: would be great if we could see you this month, PLEASE come along, I have an Orky present for you. Is that enough of a bribe? :D

Hope to see everyone on the 19th, from around 10am ish.

Maria
