I find it a bit weird that marvel went at the same time. Maybe the licences were both limited age, and because they started at the same time they finished at the same time? That could explain the recent pickup of DC and lotr.

I just went to ask on their facebook page, and three people have already asked the same question, so I'm not going to add it again. Having said that, their page has what looks like a multipart Hulk kit they posted on Tuesday. So that's an indicator the Marvel rights are still there. Otherwise, why would they release a kit for such a short time?

EDIT: on opening my eyes, they still have most of the marvel stuff. Discontinued marvel looks like older/limited products.

Knight Models put a post on facebook the other day saying they have chosen to not renew the star wars license, hence the line being discontinued.

sounds like Wizards and the discontinuing of the SWRPG "we have chosen not to renew the SW licence... blah blah"

More likely is the price was too high.

If anyone is interested I've got a few of the old Star Wars 70mm's new in box. Don't have any of the newer releases though.

Yep. Ive been playing arkham city the last few weeks. Totally in the mood to collect these.

Having said that, as someone said elsewhere in the internet, Batman shouldn't be a miniature. If you can see him, he is failing at being Batman.

I am really keen for this... but this constant cock-teasing is annoying me. I cant even find a release date anywhere. It could be months of this lead up before it gets released. But when it finally does. I will definitely check the minis and game out.... seems like a cool system and not many minis needed. Plus its god damm Batman!!!
