7 days to go, back the game, pledge $100 or more and get a bunch of extra goodies:)

"Zombicide is a collaborative game for 1 to 6 players developed by Guillotine Games and published by CoolMiniOrNot. A game lasts for 20min (beginner board) to 3 hours (expert board).

Each player controls from one (for 6 players) to four (solo game) "survivors", human beings in a zombie-infested town. In fact, "survivors" hastily change to "hunters" to smash zombies through and through. However, the team must constantly keep the balance between survival and slaughter: as the zombicide's going on, the "Danger level" is going up and infected are growing in numbers. Any misstep can turn to disaster.

Zombicide is a fun and easy game with cool minis in an archetypical, popular and comics-inspired environment. Ambiance is constantly kept between "beat'em up" and "survival horror" as characters keep on turning from preys to predators. Humor and gloom happily marry in a zombie-fest."

I thought about it, but just can't financially.
When you get it Steve you should bring it to one of the painting days and we'll give it a run. :D

The minis look fantastic I think and best of all is designed by the guiton brothers. Edouard was one of Confrontation's concept artists and Rafael was the designer of the rules for Confrontation... it's bound to be a good game!

I got one as well - Zombie Chuck Norris was the tipping point for me :P

Fyi - if people are still interested it seems that a quick email to CMON will actually make it possible to get the abomination deal and whatever other extras you want if you didn´t decide to pledge in time.

Quite honestly - even if the game isn't "good" the Abomination deal nets you something like 112 miniatures for roughly $1/mini (including postage). Given the preview photos, I'd say that's a pretty decent deal right there. Add onto the fact that the minis are a common gaming scale (28mm Heroic) you could use them for all manner of other purposes as well. I mean, how many people bought Space Hulk for the minis alone?

All that said, I'm looking forwards to a good return on the investment. Loads of new minis to paint (never done undead before, should be fun!), a new game to play and enjoy with the usual gang of idiots, and as an added bonus the missus is mortally afraid of zombies - I see potential for so much merriment in that box :)

Mine arrived on Friday in the post, and was promptly taken to WSWA the next day for a trial run. We messed up the rules a little here and there, but on whole it's a very enjoyable games. Minis could have been better, to be perfectly honest (concept art MUCH better than the minis), but more than adequate for the job. Overall - satisfied customer. GREAT "beer & pretzels" game!
