hi all
been playing around with salt weathering and airbrush to get down the main colours, also had a crack at making icicles out of a plastic shot glass. Still thinking of puttng down some highlights but not sure, still want it to look like it has been in alot of battles. This is my first non GW miniture.

If you add some rust effects it will help to age it more. I'm sure they don't have special sheds for these guys and stop the battle if it rains . "Quick, quick before it rusts". That and make it look like some of the paint has peeled.

The chipping on the white looks really cool. :D :D :D

I reckon it'd be a good idea to push the highlights on the purple banding a little further, and maybe add some chipping on it's fists?

Dances are an important ingredient in painting for GD.

I'll accept that.

The dirty weathered white is rather good

But the purple needs work, unlike the white which is mostly panels the purple has lots of edges which is where you would want to focus the wear. Also I think it would be better if the worn colour was darker than the purple, so better to highlight/lighten the purple some and then darken the worn areas, with maybe a brighter highlight right on the worn edge.

Also the feet and lower legs look in need of more work
