Hi guys. I know this is not really Australian, but there are some pics of really awesome stuff. The photos are of Le Petit Soldat 2006. The fair is one of the most important figurine contests in Italy, it is mostly about historical models but it also has a section of Fantasy miniatures.

So please have a look:

Here are a few, that I found quite interesting:

If that's an allan C sculpt of (what looks like) a slaanesh daemonette, i can't wait to see how he paints it. Really gorgeous sculpting as always..

Thanks for sharing :)

that zidane headbutt mini haha oh my, such a funny idea! I think it was let down a bit by the execution though...at the least, the soccer ball should be the correct scale, it's far too tiny!

Hmmm yes I see why you think it's an allan c sculpt, in with all his other minis in the photobucket...but I wouldn't have picked it - it doesn't look like one of his to me. The subject matter, yes, but the style isn't as crisp and clean as usual...the perfectly smooth surfaces, rounded curves etc. don't seem to be there. But we'll see - maybe it's just a bad photo. It still looks cool though!
