Does anyone know where I can pop up a pdf document as a link to a forum?
I'm working on the questionnaire and would like to post it for comment but photobucket won't take pdf files.

Angora - email me a copy (morsla-at-yahoo-dot-co-dot-uk) and I'll host the PDF. I have (literally) hundreds of gigabytes of unused webspace...

Warpaint is a good name :) Just as long as it doesn't look like Dom Holloway's business is organising the competition... if he enters and wins anything, it could look a tad suspicious ;)

OK I have sent an official request for a painting table to Nic @ Eureka after discussing it with him last week.
We would be set up with a 6 x 4 table, more if we need, and should have the room for 2 upright display cabinets.
If anyone can think of anything else we may need then please post it here so we can action it sooner rather than later.
Also I need a show of hands as to who will be manning the table on the day, the only definites I have at the moment are myself, Peter(Angora) and Bevan(Paintingploddy), because I'll need to know if we require more than one table.

cheers,
Tony

Excellent!

I guess my take on requirements would be:

Water (presumably freely available  )
Power nearby
Extension Lead
Power board(s)
Protective table cloth (I can get large sheets of paper or I can buy a cheapo one from the $2 shop)
A fan if the place isn't air conditioned

Each painter should be responsible for his/her own equipment.

Do you reckon there's any value in trying to snaffle up some minis from Nic for people (the passing plebs ) to have a go at painting on the day or so people can try (or we can demo) techniques?

He's going to get us as close to power as possible.
Agreed that each painter bring their own gear.
I can supply a pedastal fan for the day if needed.

Nic may be open to the supply of some mini's, he did talk about supplying some stuff maybe for a painting challenge on the day or something similar, but he won't supply paint.

Sounds good. I'm hoping to get to Langridge St this weekend. I'll keep you posted on how I go.
