@weisern - That was my fancy dinner I cooked for myself last night. I didn't end up eating more than half of it, and sort of waddled around for the next hour going erhhhhh. I've never worked for any fancy places, the fancy stuff has always been at TAFE or home.

Yeah thats the plan, I'm PM every one involved what it cost, I have just been too busy and lazy to do the math. God damn house work is overated.....

When ever I clean the kitchen I get the urge to make something. Sort of defeats the point almost. Making Marmalade at the moment, have to use up the lemons and oranges. Then later I'll have two fig trees fruiting and the Pineapple Guava a bit after that.
