Further details:

Originally gold plate on silver, this ornate spoon dates from 1400. Within the fleur de lys of the coronet a stone was held such as Lapis Lazuli; a stone associated with self-confidence. Unfortunately due to a lack of supply, the Lapis jewel has been replaced Turquoise in these spoons.

Period: 1500 - 1600 AD
