As indicated, this is a typed transcription of an extant recipe book (~1594) without further modern notation or explanations. Contains a large proportion of normal receipts for food and drink over medicinally based receipts. Transcription of the original table of contents, a modern index and glossary at the back with notes on dating of the festivals mentioned within.
